By purchasing items from our website, the buyer agrees to abide by the Manufacturer's terms and conditions for the purchase, usage, compatibility, features, support, inclusion, and licensing. FirmTek will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or other information. Pricing, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. Taxes, fees, shipping and handling and any applicable restocking charges are extra, and may vary. FirmTek cannot be responsible for pricing or other errors, and reserves the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.
Customer must obtain an RMA# prior to returning any merchandise. A returned package shipped to FirmTek without an RMA# will be refused. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. An RMA can be requested by making a request at http://www.firmtek.com/support/. FirmTek will allow a return for refund of most products within 21 calendar days of the date that the product was shipped by FirmTek, provided the customer agrees to pay a 15% restocking fee. No restocking fee is charged for replacement product or for store credit. All RMA requests must contain a copy of the original receipt, the reason for the request and the products serial number. No returns after 21 Days. Once an RMA is issued the product must be shipped back to FirmTek within two weeks via a trackable shipping method. If the
product is not shipped back to FirmTek within 2 weeks the RMA is no longer valid. If the customer is requesting a refund, the returned merchandise must be in "new condition" with no scratches or marks and all original packaging materials included. At our discretion, we reserve the right to deny a return should we determine the product has been tampered with.
FirmTek warranty service is limited to customers who purchase product directly from FirmTek or from a FirmTek authorized reseller. Shipping and handling fees may be charged on warranty service. Product repair or replacement is at the discretion of FirmTek. The limited FirmTek warranty requires that the customer submit a copy of the original receipt and the product serial number when requesting warranty service. This can be accomplished on-line at http://www.firmtek.com/support/
All cancellation requests must be made within one (1) hour of ordering. No cancellation will be accepted for processed orders. Cancellations can only be placed during business hours.
We reserve the right to cancel any order we deem to be fraudulent or placed using questionable/false information.
We collect 10% sales tax from all California State residents. Other states
are exempt. Resellers, Schools, Government & other tax exempt institutions should fax in their tax exempt
certificates to ensure proper credit.
